Apocalypse Set Bonus debuff applied to self

I have the full Apocalypse set with my trickster rogue. When I put the set on, a little buff icon resembling the Apocalypse Dagger artifact appears. However, as soon as I deal damage to an enemy, a red debuff icon also resembling the Apocalypse Dagger appears above it as well, lasting 5 seconds and stacking 5 times. I also get a poison-like visual effect on my body.

It seems like I'm applying the debuff from the set bonus to myself.

After going to the test server, removing all my gear, boons, feats etc. and only wearing the apocalypse set and a practice dagger, I realized that a target dummy does not take more damage after several strikes, as it is supposed to from the Apocalypse set bonus.

Please fix! Ideally before the next Dungeon Master's event ;)

One more thing: While the English version is pretty clear: "The damage the enemy takes will be increased", the German version has very confusing wording on this. It is unclear whether the damage the enemy takes, or the damage you take from the enemy is being increased, causing people I talked to to believe the self-debuff might be intentional.

    Hello @finsches123,

We've identified this issue yesterday, so I will escalate it soon to the developpers :)

For the German version, I advise you to publish directly on the German forum: https://www.arcgames.com/de/forums/nwde
But I don't speak German so I am not sure if there is a special category like the French forum where players can report translation issues or typos. I will also transmit your feedback to the localisation team to be sure.

Edited: You can also publish directly here: https://www.arcgames.com/fr/forums/nwfr#/categories/problemes-de-traduction to report localisation issues, in any language you want, and a translator / localization team member will answer you as soon as possible.

Thanks for your help, and have fun on Neverwinter!

    Regards,

Having just spent resources to update and get the set, i was annoyed and frankly felt cheated when in guild chat it was pointed out to me that the debuff is applied to me.

Reading the description more carefully, specifically the "small print" above and not the set bonus description below it was mooted that it may be WAI and not a bug.

If poss can someone who knows confirm this is a bug or if the set is WAI as in it debuffs you, the player !!!

I hope its a bug and will indeed get fixed, but if WAI thats low :/

Can confirm that the bug is affecting me as well. And I've noticed at least one other person using the set that also had the debuff on themselves.

It would be nice if this were fixed soon as the event returns in a few weeks. I suspect lots of folks will be running it to get the Dagger.
    I aim to misbehave
