what does the term gmops and smops refer too?

This may be odd, but Ive never sold anything player to player, but with the new tarot cards on Ravenloft, I see many people trying to sell them and there asking for gmops and smops ? what exactly are they referring to? Ive only sold on AH and havent traded with individuals,but asked a guy randomly about it and got a qucik dont worry about it and I only trade with experienced players remark. Just curious thx.
