Bike Drenched Scale now 100% Drop Chance

So to inform everyone, the bile drenched scale from the tyrant hunt in omu is now 100% drop and this does not revolve around the lure placer. It has a chance to drop for anyone in the group. I placed a lure right after they gave people who placed a lure for the hunt and didn't obtain a drenched scale one in their inventories. I did not receive the scale for my efforts. Now let me say that the majority of the people who placed the lure prior to one being given to them in their inventory did not even have it dropped or anything but still the devs gave them one.
Fast forward and the drop chance is 100% and I say this is unfair to everyone who has fought the tyrant after them giving players one in their inventory and prior to it now being a 100% drop chance for anyone in the group. I want my scale for the simple fact that I along with many others are being cheated on this drop. Fair is fair and now you hit us with a brick wall making it 100% chance.
