  Ya I'm missing one. Got all quests done in one spot and was told to go to campaign menu and claim reward but was 1 short even though all quests completed.

  Elemental Evil Campaign can be completed.
  
  This item can not be deleted.
  I do not like bug character.

  Ok, thank you @gwfhuman, but it's always better to have one more book than one less
  
  We are investigating because (from french community):
  - some players report they have one more Fanatical Writings (Drowned Shore)
  - some players report they have one more Twisted Scriptures (Spinward Rise)
  - some players report they miss them one Promises of Power (Reclamation Rock)
