Active Bonus: +25% Combat Advantage. +2.5% Critical Severity
Is that 25% times our current CombAdv stat or 25% combAdv damage bonus ?

Basically Combat Advantage Damage is comparable to crit severity. when you crit and have combat advantage both, youre damage is increased by crit severity + combat advantage.
So if you have 90% CS and 20% CA, your damage will be increased by 110%.
If you increase that by the 25% CA + 2,5% CS, your damage will be increased by ~140%.
Before the increase you deal 210% damage, after the increase you deal 237,5 %. So you are dealing ~10% more damage, thats where @athena s 1k increase on a 10k hit come from.
