Preview Server bug - Can not retrive player/character list

Hello,
I'm not sure are you aware of this bug, but its imposible to play on preview server at the moment and if that patch goes on live server, oh its gonna be a lot of angry players.

So everything is loading fine up to when it should retrive character list but it just goes on and on and never completes it even after 5 min of waithing but its also using a lot of data, what for i do not know.

    I am also having this problem and now its live i cannot log in to the game. It freezes at the character select.

    I had that error too. Then I tried "Force verify" and "Secure mode" (description may vary due to translation) in the options at the launcher, which solved the problem. The game then starts in window mode, but you can change it or just restart.
