lost/missing 100% companion coupon

i got a 100% off companion coupon for buying zen, i put it in my shared bank (coupon bound account) and i withdrew it on another character and it vanished?? how can i go about fixing this?

in the zen store the 100% off companion is only seen by the character that claimed the coupon, even though i put the coupon in my bank and it subsequently vanished on withdrawel, i was able to go back to 1st character and get a free 100% off companion. so i guess this can be closed. ty

weird because i was able to store the coupon on my alt no problem

Possibly you accidentally put it in that characters bank instead of your shared storage? Anyway, closing this as you have resolved it. If anyone else has the same issue, they can create a new thread.
