Free bank slots bugged

We can't claim the free bank slots. Doesn't seem to be an option in the ZEN market for it.

    Same here. With 500 zen available on an account or not, the 100% coupon cannot be used for bank slots purchase.

    Same here rebooted the client and its now patching maybe that will fix it well lets hope :)

    patched and stil doesn't work, same as everyone els am very grateful for all the free gifts though i do hope this will be fixed

    Devs are being made aware of this issue as I am typing this. I will post any updates I get, if I get any. Please just be patient, it will be fixed.

    That patch is the pre-patch for Mod 14, it will not fix the coupon.

    It could be due to the zen discount pointing to the old bank slot item (600 zen) instead of the new one (500 zen)
