Stuck on "It's A Celebration!"

I'm new to Neverwinter so maybe I'm missing something. I did this quest a few days ago and it sent me to someone in the city to learn some trivia and then back to Elminster to complete. I picked it up again yesterday, and the text is the same, "Learn a Fun Fact", but it doesn't send me to anyone. I leads me only to Elminster, who has nothing to say that completes the mission. I have gone thru his entire dialog tree multiple times. I also cannot drop the mission to take again because the "abandon" button is greyed out.

I went to submit a GM ticket for help, but apparently there is no support at all for these kinds of issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Press J to open your journal. Go to the "Protector's Enclave" section. Click on the quest "It's a Celebration!". On the right page of the journal, it will tell you who you need to talk to. Alternatively, press M to open your map. Look on your map for a diamond or an exclamation point that is not at the edge of the map. Go there and talk to that person. (All the "fun fact" people are in Protector's Enclave.)

    It doesn't tell me who to talk to, it just says "Learn a Fun Fact". The diamond is on Elminster, and when I activate the glowy trail that's where it leads me.

    Can you screenshot the quest description from your journal please? I can direct you on who to talk to if I knew exactly which fact you were on.

    Yeah, at this point in time, I think you just should wait until you hear back from Customer Service cause there's not gonna be much you can do. :(

    go the guy in sage shop in enclave the one who gave you your first artifact and see if he has the quest for you​​

    Well it seems to have fixed itself. I have no clue how or why. I made a new character and was playing him for a few hours, swapped to the stuck one and the quest was now unstuck. Sent me to the Harper who gave me the trivia, and then back to Elminster for the coin.

    No idea how it fixed itself, but it did.
