Bugged-"It’s a Celebration" quest

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I took the “It’s a Celebration” Quest from Elminster Aumar today (I believe is year 5) and when I got back on after maintenance it was gone. I've been able to collect all the other years chests till today. I keep checking my bag, journal, and Elminster with all my characters and it just plain gone. Now I'm going to miss on those drops! What do I need to do???
