I have been trying to purchase Zen for the past two day and on multiple cards! I get the message, "There was a problem with your card" but there is no problem with my card.
i cleared my cache and even tried a different browser, no luck. I tried a second card that is currently valid and working... no luck

I recommend you try to contact Customer Service and see if they can assist you. Hopefully they can get it sorted out during the sale.
