Companion Disappears

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
On my Paladin I have the con Artist when I am in a dungeon after a minute or two he disappears but still says in companions he is summoned. I have to unsummon him and resummon him and after a minute or two he again disappears this only happens in dungeons/skirmishes. Is there a fix for this we know of. This only started happening after 13 dropped also I dont have problem on any other toons though I dont have con artist on any of them.

    This is due to a bug with the Earthtreaders gear. This was fixed on PC last week and will be fixed on console in a future patch.
