Hi guys,
This is the second time in a row this has done this to me, the first time was when I had Clawgrace, I performed the necessary steps to get Clawgrace, I submitted the item to bring up Clawgrace, I defeated Clawgrace. I got NO reward whatsoever.
Today I had the Kakinos hunt, same as the first, I did all the necessary steps to get the Kakinos hunt, I submitted the item to bring up Kakinos, I defeated Kakinos. Again I got NO reward whatsoever.
Surely I am able to get the rewards that every else is getting, this is extremely unfair as it took me ages to get the items needed for the Trophies etc. I hope that I am not going to have the same problem the next time I grind to get these tropies/hunts etc.
Can you please look into this for me and provide me with at least some decent reward for all the hard effort. Further account details below -

I guess with the lack of support, it is now time to hold back on purchasing any zen through this game anymore. I would rather spend the money on something more worthwhile and possibly a game that provides better support. I guess it would be too hard for them to go into the account and assign some form of reward. Literally told this was impossible to do but as a programmer myself, I know this can be done. Just lazy work on their behalf.
One thing I'm wondering: Were you grouped with someone? If so, what were the loot settings?
A lot of players run around with loot roles off or "round robin" turned on. Especially in Chult and lure farming, there are a lot of blue batari prisms, dinosaur hides, and other drops that are just plain annoying to roll on every few minutes.
If you are on "Round Robin" or Need/Greed at too high of a level, it is possible these things dropped but someone else picked them up directly. When I run hunts, the first thing we check is the loot roll settings and the group I'm in agrees to the standards of our rolls (Need=I will equip this on a character, Greed=Salvage, Pass=Next lure and you don't take it from me).
I also NEVER run with randoms. I've had people try to group with me when I run solo T1 hunts and I refuse. I won't even take "I just want the totems" as, sadly, I don't trust randoms.
I'm hoping its something as simple as this. While it would still suck, it would possibly give an answer why no drops have happened? Having farmed my way to 3 KOS lures, I have never seen a "no drop," so I"m trying to get you an answer.
