Any suggestions For what stats should I raise more?

These are my stats and Current IL is 14.2k w/ R10 Enchantments.. These are self buffs already with unstoppable activated..

Armor Enchant is Perfect Negation and Weapon Enchant is Perfect Lightning..

Is it ready for ToNG? or nah..

    Crit, definitely. You want 100% crit chance when in combat. You can sacrifice a bit of armpen as you have more than the 85% needed for major Chult-related content. For me it's about 30k crit to reach 100%, you'll want to focus on that.

    As long as your build and rotation+timing are correct, yes your character is ready for tong. You just need 85% armpen or you'll really deal low damage. The non-100% crit chance is not something that will stop you in tong, it'll just take a bit longer if you don't crit your fully-buffed IBS. I'd say bring some friends and try it!

    Id say keep the lightning. As far as I can see your stats I think you are ready for tong. Its all about skill not about item level :)

    Crit. Must be around 95-100%, make your artifact mythic and make your weapon ench at least trans, lightning until trans is pretty meh. Keep Lightning if you can't afford having 2 trans, it's still very strong single target
