    Can the Fey buff be used by more than one person? Sorry if I missed it in the guide

    It always could since Module 11.5.

    I have no clue why this rumor keeps popping up, but it's been fixed for a long time now.

    Not sure if this is a mistake, but under executioner feats, most of the 1st few powers you pointed out are 0/5 points.

    Good guide overall tho, gj.
