Nothing happens when I am trying to upgrade sigil of the devoted from epic to legendary

    Will this ever get fixed as the rank on the artifact does not match what I have refined and when I upgrade nothing happens

    I am having the same problem with the Horn of Valhalla.

    I had that problem, what I did was put enough refinement points to upgrade, but subtracted one point of refinement. Then upgraded it by putting that one extra point of refinement.

    I can not upgrade neither my sigil nor my neck. Having the same issue on my other characters. :(

    Same problem, also with Horn of Valhalla.

    Hopefully after today's patch, you should be able to upgrade reliably. Please give it another try and let me know if anything still isn't working.

    I can’t upgrade any artifacts; no matter how. Many refinement I put into it.
