Eye Of The Giant Artifact no longer activates Artificer's Persuasion

Hello there,
so i was testing a couple of stuff on my Oathbound Paladin when i noticed that the Eye Of the Giant no longer activates the mount power Artificer's Persuasion. I found that weird so i went and tested against more than one enemies but still nothing the artifact is just not activating the power. So then i tested with another artifact and the mount power did activate. So i tried to submit a ticket in-game apparently though it was saying submitted i couldn't see it on my list, therefore i came here to report this bug.
