Problem with Gates of Hell

Not sure where to put the thread, but I am having issues with my daily power Gates of Hell. I've tried every other dailys and they work just fine. Yet placing Gates of Hell either 1 or 2 won't work. As if its bugged. I press alt and you can see the target location placement to cast it, but pressing every button won't remove it nor cast the power. I've done tried relogging, changing characters, uninstalling the game the arc client. Redownload everything and kill my character off and nothing is working. Anyone has a clue to what I am talking about and what solution can be use to solve this? Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Please help!

    Have you clicked twice ?
    one for targetting, one for confirming

    PC- Reset keybinds to clear the bug even if you using default. You can change them after if you want.
