    +1, i have plague, there is constant damage for 0. Any Explains?

    I'm getting this as well. It's really annoying having to switch from lightning because of the nerf to plague fire only to have plague fire get broken with the new mod. At least I hope it's just broken and you didn't just ninja nerf it without saying anything.

    The archery HR's are the weakest of the three trees and they do this to the main attack spell, the trapper is basicaly a rogue with a bow yet its the strongest one. I always thought the HR was a long range with a bow

    @grrouper Yep I've been figuring out that every Mod has bugs. Some have major ones like unintentional nerfing of HR archery powers. It's all good though. I finished leveling some stuff on other toons and picking up a few more boons on them also.
