New Level 70 Gearing Up

So I hit level 70 a little while ago and am having trouble getting gear good enough so I can at least get to gs 7500 to do some epic dungeons. I have been looking around and even online for answers to getting decent gear for this but all I can find is "buy Chult gear from AH". However, I never seem to be able to find that in the AH so I was wondering if there was some other way to get this gear.

For weapons it depends on your class. Wootz, Teak, etc are the term you want to search for. Look in the Chult collection to see what your weapons are.
For other gear start looking for League.
