Attempted to use the "Scroll of Fate: Guild Marks" and found it is malfunctioning. During double guild marks (today), I popped the scroll and turned in 5x Dungeoneer Shard of Power. Normal Value = 50 guild marks, during double guild marks worth 100 guild marks. With scroll during double should be 103 guild marks. Received value of guild marks was 100, meaning the scroll provided no boost.
I tried this same test a few times (with other items besides shards of power as well) and repeated the same failed results. While a 100 guild mark turn in is insignificant, when turning in large volumes it adds up. I do not know of any other ways to receive guild marks besides turning items into coffers, so using the coffer was the only method of test.

Receive guild marks by making regular donations to your guild's mimic. That is pretty much the only way of getting them.
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.
Had the same problem, even with larger amounts like 1980 from 99 crates of jewelry. No extra Guild Marks were awarded with the scroll of fate active. I wonder if any of them actually work?

It would be helpful if they listed the time limit in the description for Scrolls of Fate, too.
Did you really think anyone could steal the power of the god of thieves?
