Accidentally converted my rank 13 radiant enchantment to refinement points?

Hi!,
I was converting old gear such as my lostmauth belt and lostmauth necklace when I accidentally also converted my rank 13 radiant enchantment together with my legendary lostmauth necklace.
I was in a hurry during that day and I wasnt thinking when I converted my lostmauth necklace while my radiant 13 enchantment was inside.
How can I get it back? Will I get it back ?
I tried reporting it on in game and it says that the game doesnt compensate non-auction house items at the moment .
Please help me!
It happened around january 29 to 30 at night EST probably 11 pm or 12 am .
