Server Times Out and Disconnects

I'm having issues playing neverwinter tonight where i haven't been able to play since that patch on wednesday and when i get on and try to play that all i do is get disconnect over and over again where it comes very annoying where i can not get stuff done that i would like to for how i never had this problem before where i hope they will look into this and fix it

    Whatever happened to punctuation?

    But seriously, is there something happening with the server? Even before this Wednesday patch, I've been seeing "server not responding" messages and then disconnects that push me back to the login screen. Once or twice a night I can stand (and almost expect...thank you, Cryptic!) but tonight it's been back to back to back to back disconnects. I log in, wait for the selected character to load, and then click on a vendor or the AH or my inventory bag. Frozen screen. Error message. Disconnect. (These should be the names of the next dungeons.)

    after i got 3 disconnects and server not responding that i wasn't sure if they had fixed that or had done a server reset why i was asking here if it was still happening or not
