River District super choppy

So everytime I log into river district I notice it's by far the choppiest zone in the entire game. Feels likw Protectors Enclave during the Halloween event or WoD during DF. Link to the video sbowing this is below. Internet connection has 0 issues and other zones have no issues.

Also it appears the heroics in river district are glitching where the ritual leader does not spawn after you kill the reinforcements. Video shows this bug.

    Right now it's popular due to the 2x Seals so a lot or people are farming it

    Yeah there weren't more than 10 people in the instances I was in farming seals. Place is horrible with choppiness. It has been this way for a good long time before double seals. I can post another video comparing chult to RD. Night and day and Chult also has texture issues compared to say.. Dreadring, sharandar, or any pre 70 zone.
