bought zen 5 days ago, still haven't arrived

What is this game???? I've bought multiple zen with the same credit card, yet im still waiting after 5 days for probation period to end so i may use the $35 ive spent.

Absolute joke! Give me want i paid for!

    I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    Sup, i get that, however i've bought multiple zen through their website and steam wallet successfully with same credit card details ect. You understand how stupid this is right?

    Never had an issue buying Zen with Paypal through Arc client overlay or this website.

    How did you buy it ? direct from arc or thru steam ?

    I guess you bought using Steam. If you use arc it is immediate. there is some delays with the steam cryptic transfer
    There are more than BIS players in this game
    RIP Real Tiamat, RIP Real Demogorgon RIP real Temple of the spider. Why remove non bis content to give to bis players ????
    FORCING the majority of your player base to play 4 mod old dungeons and trial will have a bad result on player base
    Changes are getting so bad i would rather prefer no new changes (RIP ICE FISHING in winter fest)

    I once had a delay on a purchase via Arc and it transpired that the payment hadn't actually gone through - check with Paypal or your Credit Card etc to see if the money has actually been taken out of your account :)

    The pain of buying with Steam has been shown many times, you can find threads here, reddit etc. Steam does not send the purchase info/money to Cryptic right away and thus the delay.

    Never buy Zen through Steam. Always buy it from Arc directly. I have access to my Zen within a couple of minutes after the purchase through Arc.

    Actually, there's a threshold (a pretty high one) after which steam purchase are instant. I couldn't give you numbers, but I usually buy thru steam and haven't been put on probation for years.

    I wonder if it is a number of transactions or some total purchased amount over a set time. Anyone know for sure?
