I've read that the %1 power buff is suppose to stack when you have two equipped according an affiliate(?) site and I can't seem to find the patch notes in the forum, but I'm currently using two primal restoration rings on my dc and I'm only gaining the % as if I have only 1 equipped. is it bugged or maybe WAI?
