I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

That's not an inherently bad idea. If you have to suffer some sort of penalty for doing so. Like, 50% of it's effectiveness if equipped in the offhand.

I don't see it is a good idea. Characters are already powerful. It will be yet one more slot to fill, to upgrade, to spend resource on, to play with RNG. We have enough slots to fill, to upgrade, to spend resource on, to play with RNG. If you are already BiS everywhere, you also don't need that one extra slot.

But very useful if you are mid range and struggling

It will be a slipping slope. It may help for a short period but in the end of the day, it is just a slot to be filled with the best stuff. The game will be more difficult because people will be more powerful. This makes even longer distance for the newcomer, mid level of the future. Think about mount insignia slots. There are now another 15 slots to be filled. The attribute amount of each insignia is not high but it is high if you add all of them together. Fortunately, blue insignia is not expensive and no upgrade, RNG, .... However, purple is insanely high for the extra 100 stat.

I disagree about adding another weapon enhancement slot. Those are 1 of a kind slots and should stay that way. What's next? Oh can we please have an armor enchantment slot added to every piece of armor gear we put on? Oh why shouldn't my rings come with weapon slots too? etc etc. I'm not even arguing this is a power issue. It just makes no sense to me. It's meant to be a "one weapon, one armor" per toon.

Yea I'd likely have to agree with you observation here. One could argue even as a Rogue who uses two weapons that in reality the Encouter or At-Wills dont' really distinguish them any differently. As each Encounter or At-Will power has a certain damage value depending on the level, then based on the total buffs for Power, Armor Pen, Critical, etc... in addition to the weapon damage / combined weapon damage in the case of Rogue.

Each fully geared character today has 20 Enchantments including Weapon & Armor; then a Companion has 6 more today plus 3 Runestones for a grand total of 29. Chances are fairly certain as item levels and gear continue to improve we'll likely break 30 in the near future and get closer to the mid 30's on a single character & companion.

While I don't think we'll see an additional Armor or Weapon Enchant added; Overload Enchantments may likely be enhanced?

    ■ Possibilities could include introducing many new or slightly better Overload's in future:

    ▪ May see Overloads with new BUFFS like Control / Control Resist / Regeneration or others not given by Enchants.
    ▪ May allow all Lessor, Greater and possibly a new levels to be upgradable and timers re-chargeable?
▪▪ Possibly with older / new campaign currencies, seals, or many other methods.

    o:)

If we dont have an additional weapon enchantment slot... I would like the enchantment effect to be on both my weapons. offhand and main hand. I hate the glow on one and not the other. (This is the main argument i have for wanting another weapon enchantment slot.

I guess you have a HR. Yes, my combat ranger shows no enchantment effect. :)

WE's are one of the most expensive pieces of gear. No thank you on 2 per character.
