bought ZEN did not receive any

Hello,

I have bought some ZEN so that I can buy Mulhorand weapon to make my lvl up a little bit easier. I bought ZEN about 10 hours ago and since then did not receive any in game.

Do I have to redeem ZEN somewhere or it takes so long?

    I rerceived mine within a few minutes. I would send Support a note and let them know your concern.

    Did you buy zen with money in the zen store? Or with AD on the zen exchange.
