Turning into the "Have" and "Have Nots"

I have been with this game since Mod5 and for the most part have enjoyed the game (except sea of moving ice). This newest mod however is starting to kill the fun of the game for me. I spend a little money from time to time but now if you cant drop loads of cash or spend 10+ hours on the game building AD you have almost no chance to get back to the top gear.

By putting the reagents needed to upgrade your gear in the top dungeon you have made it vertually impossible for players who arent in max guilds to get their gear. I had a 16.2 tr when i was in a max guild, got tired of the elitism in it. So me and a few friend went to a smaller guild to help players learn and build their characters. I still want to keep my tr as strong as possilbe though. Currently to upgrade my rank 13 bondings up to 14 requires gear that i can not get. I cant get T9G runs because im not in a max guild and a 15k tr is just ignored. (i was ignored as a 16k tr). So i need roughly 4 million AD to upgrade my bondings now. Now how about armor, weapon, and all the other enchantments.

I dont know if it was the top money players pushing for seperation for the moeny they spend or just a push to get more zen flowing, but either way i have never seen it this bad. We have already lost one of our friends from the game. Gone, characters deleted, because he knew he would spend money he didnt need to in order to stay competative. I am now starting to feel the same frustration. I do believe if you dont speak up then you have no right to complain. So here i am trying to express why people like us are about to start leaving the game.

I hope you will do something quickly to allow a little balance to the players, and allow more of us to rebuild back to the top gear. If not then there will be more leaving, and like my friend, i will delete every character before i delete the game so there is no temptation to come back again.

    There does seem to be a push towards a soft removal of smaller guilds.
    It feels like players are being guided toward leaving little guilds and joining the big ones.

    Finally, there is a Stronghold weekly quest, with nice rewards and a 4.5k RAD prize. But you need to be able to muster 20 members to run a PvP against another guild.

    I'm lucky if I have 20 active members at any one time, let alone on game at the same time.
    I've lost a few in the past week who, completely understandably, want to be able to earn RAD from Epic Dungeons, and the lure of a 2k IL boost (ok... a 1.9k boost...) is preferable to the effort and time involved in trying to get our little gang up there.

    Its not that tough to get a character past 9k, but 11k without guild boons on first characters is not as easy as some people think.

    The fact that Item Level is now the main lock out for alts on Random Queues, (since account wide unlock means characters who've not even started a campaign can run its dungeon, ) guild boons are going to become the standard rather than a bonus.
    But when a character can earn roughly from two boons, one granting say... +20% mount speed bonus, and another giving for instance, +6% on Stamina Drain overload enchants, about 2/3 as much IL as EVERY PvE campaign boon COMBINED... well something's not right.

    I assume that stuff like that is factored into the thinking when decisions are made... sort of "looking at the bigger picture" and wider implications of changes to the way the game works. So it likewise follows that this situation IS part of the intended model for the game.

    I hear what you are saying the fact that the ultimate stones are difficult to obtain, combined with the quantity that we need is fairly depressing - which is the opposite of encouraging.

    For one of my characters, I have three that I try to keep current, I need something like 720 Tong runs to get the ultimate stones....that is just not going to happen. When the goal becomes demotivating, the fun is gone and down goes the controller.

    I am sure the dungeon will get easier as time goes on, and there is supposed to be a slight increase in the drop rate, so maybe I only need 360 runs per character...smh. I might be willing to run 100 times per character, but not much more. If you are doing math stuff that would be about 40% drop rate expected, when the current drop rate is more like 5% or less based on reports I have seen. I am simply not doing 45-90 minute runs for a 5% or less chance....

    These are the type of changes that are game killers since players have low probability of achieving them. Along with this, why is the new mod dropping 5 weapon types? Do they seriously expect players to switch weapons every few months?
