Not receiving astral diamonds

I’ve been playing the game for about a week and haven’t actually received any rough astral diamonds through any means. It shows that I should be receiving them in the pop up notification but they’re not actually showing up in the riches tab for me to do anything with them.

    You get a bonus to Rough Astral Diamonds when you invoke, not the diamonds themselves. To get the diamonds, you have to run dungeons, skirmishes, or do PvP. You can also get them by salvaging certain gear you can get at level cap.

    I don't mean to steal your post but same problem, and still unable to create own post on the subject, I have tried to find and run dungeons, skirmishes and either find the starting quest NPC but nothing happens, I have found so much conflicting information on gaining raw astral diamonds and nothing seems to be working for me, please help... if nothing resolves itself in the next few days I have no choice but to quit as this seems to be a major part of the game its effecting.

    Actually, this is an entirely different issue.

    What level is your character? Most of what you have probably read applies to level 70 characters. You earn very little for characters under level 30 and basically nothing for characters under 20.

    I am lvl 24, did the dungeon Cloak Tower solo as a last attempt to get some raw astral diamonds and got nothing for my troubles, and without any events I am stuck with a bag full of unidentified items and cant do much else.

    Is there a simple newb guide on getting raw astral diamonds? info from various forums and neverwinter sites seems wrong or outdated, not a good thing to encourage new players.

    still cant create my own post on this what is up with that?

    My wife and I noticed this too. We wouldn't get any AD when we did a dungeon

    You have to run random.

    AD is only from random dungeon queues

    Thank the devs - they said new people will love this idea

    Yes. Also from salvaging stuff from any of the dungeons that gives salvageable stuff. I have gotten so much AD from salvaging.

    Actually, this is an entirely different issue.

    What level is your character? Most of what you have probably read applies to level 70 characters. You earn very little for characters under level 30 and basically nothing for characters under 20.
    Random Q is how you now earn bonus AD for all characters. My level 50 character can only earn AD by using Random Q, if you don't use Random Q you won't earn AD.

    @Kreatyve, you only get salvage gear when running level 70 content.

    Of Course they did. It must have just happened recently. My first character I made, about a month or so ago, got rough astral diamonds running normal dungeons. This new character, level 50+ gets nothing. The devs are just pissed off because we don't want to play the HAMSTER they want us to, so they've taken the "choice" away from us.
