Blessings of Ubtao in Chult Campaign

Tonight I noticed that in the Advancement part of the Chult Campaign that 'Blessings of Ubtao' is completed on all of my level 70 characters. Some of these level 70's have not stepped hide nor hair into Chult and yet this part is completed. I did check with Celeste to see if she had the 'shrines' quest, she did not, but my worry is that once my characters arrive at that point, will this weekly be available?
My two mains have finished Chult, but I have two more that are close to finishing Chult's advancement portion, they only have to unlock House of Croc yet. IDK if this was intended, but I thought I'd bring to the Devs attention.

    Account unlock.

    This is the top task that unlocks the dungeon? It is as said above, an account wide unlock. The dungeon task isn't the same as the three tasks that unlock weeklies and has no effect on the campaign. As it requires no totems normally, it affects nothing but T9G access. Mods 10 and 11 are different as the account unlocks of FBI, SVA, and MSP save you campaign currency on each character.

    You will still have to progress up the middle tree to unlock the weeklies. Once done, the relevant quests will be available.

    I have completed the House of the Crocodile advancement in the campaign, however, the blessing of Urtao is still showing as locked and that I need to complete the lower task first. I have already done those tasks, however it is locked. I have tried closing the application and going back in, but it is still locked. Am I doing something wrong or it this just a game bug with the new update?

    Have you spoken to Celeste? There is a quest that needs to be done prior to the dungeon unlock.
