Master of Svardborg achievement glitched/bugged

Completed the Svardborg trial without any anyone dying completed on 17/12/2017 and the achievement hasn't popped for me.
Does anyone have any advice for this?

    Was this done on your first run or was it after people had died and you stayed for another run? Everyone has to leave instance and requeue up for the achievement to work.

    This was donestablished on the first run successfully with no one in the dying state the achievement only unlocked for one person and it didn't unlock for everyone else in the instance.

    I have completed the banner run 3 times now left the dungeon each time and it still hasn't popped I'm very disappointed

    Hello I had a banner run yesterday 13.01.2018. Everyone from my party has the success and thus also the banner only I do not get. I am really disappointed because I have already asked in the German forum and by ticket for a solution ....

    I'm in the same boat. 2018.03.31
    Ran Msva 3 times in a row with my healer, on the 3rd time no one died yet none of us got the achievement. Reading some forums online they suggested leaving the instance, so I did and still no achievement or banner... So as a well known problem are they going to give us the achievement/banner or what?
