I've been having an issue lately with trying to buy Zen.
when i open the window in game the box is empty and says "No items found"
I have contacted support, who have not been much help.
I've checked i don't have a full inventory
I've checked i don't have items in overflow
I've deleted my local saves and synced with Live
I've completely powered down the console after signing out
I've even uninstalled and reinstalled after a complete shutdown.
Nothing works
Supports latest response is to buy Zen from the Microsoft store.
This seems to be a lame answer to a problem that seems to be located their side as i can thing of nothing else i can try.
This all seems to have started since the Christmas Zen bonus.
Can anyone suggest anything else to try?

I know i must sound picky, it's just frustrating.
I'll give the store a go and see if it still works that way.
