Greater Demonic Key isn't opening the chest in Throne of the Dwarven Gods

As the title says. I have Greater Demonic Keys, but I'm being unable to open the chest in Throne of the Dwarven Gods.

After the skirmish is completed, the chest is still being uninteractable and isn't even glowing.

Both variations (Corruption of the Throne and Mind Flayer Infiltration) of the skirmish are having the issue.


Update:
It turns out that the issue is resulted from queue-ing from the previous Throne of the Dwarven Gods instance, not from Lesser or Greater Demonic Key.

    That sounds like a bug, but really you shouldn't use a Greater key there. You are losing Faerzress as the instance only awards 150 max and also, the rings there aren't that good except as salvage.

    Thanks for helping identify the issue and advising. I run the skirmish for salvageable rings so it's okay (I enjoy doing crowd control in Corruption of the Throne, by the way). And I will replenish my Faerzress by doing Demonic Encounters when I'm short of them and need them.

    Make the Lesser keys. If you get Gold, the 100 Fz plus 50 from the chest covers the key. If not Gold, you can still run HEs to cover the key cost but it won't take as many.

    Yes. I use Lesser keys, too. After Lesser keys are used up, I have to use Greater keys.

    Happened to me too. What I think is causing it is queue-ing from previous Throne of the Dwarven Gods instance. I started exiting the map before next queue and didn't have that issue since.

    I assume you had the greater key before you went into the instance. i.e. you did not get the greater key (from the campaign window) when you already in the instance. Based on what you wrote, I take that is true. This is a just in case question.

    I had tested it again and confirmed that queue-ing from the previous Throne of the Dwarven Gods instance is resulting in the chest being uninteractable. So it's not an issue of Lesser or Greater Demonic key.
