Feywild pack problems

  • Redeemed Feywild code. (Typed it in)
  • Logged into another character - items are at the "promo master". (Feywild ring and such)
  • Moon Elf still isn't unlocked and still telling me to "purchase with zenny" Also missing my 6th character slot. (I've purchased extra slots in the past).

What do I need to do to play moonelf?

    I think you've got the Feywild Booster pack that includes the ring, portal hound, and some other things but not the race unlock or the character slot. The Knight Of The Feywild pack is the one that comes with the Moon Elf race, C slot, Dawn Unicorn mount, Loamweave enchant, and Stone Of Earth Necklace.
