Not able to travel to Chult.

While playing on my Hunter ranger with my husband, we were in Chult opening the area and were in the Mbala finishing the quest for Nanny Pupu. I summoned my travel sign post for him to use to go back to Port Nyanzaru and then I went to use it and the option to travel there was missing. I thought it just may have been a temporary glitch so I teleported to Protectors Enclave and since have been unable to access chult at all.

    Check to see if you have any quests to go there. If you don't have any of the quests, or if you are 100% sure you have completed them all, you will probably need to file a ticket with Customer Support to see if there is anything they can do to help you.

    this sounds like a bug issue. so support tickets are just gonna send you back here
