Cant switch build in game

As per the attached picture, I can not change build. Even if I'm at a campfire, when I try to change equipment, I will not allow it. The problem remains only on a character of the 52 present. In this way, I can not use the character in question with the build from dps or single target. How can you solve? I hope in a speedy resolution. Not being able to use the main is really frustrating. On the advice of a friend, I overwrote all loadouts with those of the MoF. Once overwritten, I tried to change loadouts and it worked! So I did a respec on every loadouts. Now everyone works. I hope it is useful to those who can have this problem!
