Custom chat channel issue

Hello all i don't know if anyone has any idea of how this works or how to fix it but the last two player I've tried to add to my custom chat have given me the this error.

"([System Notify] User "Players @handle" not found.)".

I can see them on my fiends list and i can invite them to my party. And I have restarted my game client and so have they.

Has any one had this error and or know a fix?

    Ok I think I found an answer or at least it worked.

    using the entire player name PlayerName@Handle#number. didn't work nor did using just the @Handle, But if I used the @handle#number it worked. Just don't know why.

    Anyway if anyone knows why this worked I'd like to know or have any suggestion if this stops working and has a work around that would be useful to know. i have a feeling its server side recourse a channel admin also had the same error message last night.

    Because the #number is part of the handle =) to distinguish players who have the same handle, since it has to be unique.
    So there is no work around, that's how it's supposed to work I think.

    I suspect the character name had a space in it. If you wrap it in quotation marks, you should be able to invite "some guy@coolhandle#1234".

    I am playing on a PC and have no idea nor can i find an answer to the problem of not being able to chat in trade or anyother channel ;-( Help Please and Thank You
