Remember to open the BAGS first, THEN your parcels. The bags increase your counter just like the parcels do, but the bags primarily drop BoA/BoP stuff, while the parcels drop BoE stuff too.

Bags = from gift giving, drop on the ground.
Parcels = free from quest and from zen market.

    also Stars = Gifts from vendor so grab them from the daily as well
