At the end of the Black Friday sale I decided I really ought buy me two Coal's to help me improve my enchants as I came back to playing after more then a year of only logging in to get a key. I used Steam Wallet as time was running out and this was the only option available at the time. Unfortunately the Coal's I bought got bound to my account, there was even a warning, but I was like "not a big deal, not going to sell them, just use them to upgrade", but it turn out if I use them, the resulting enchantment would got alsdo bound to my account. The question is, when will this "bound to account" status be removed so I can proceed? Don't tell me it won't, because it's false advertising then, NOWHERE in the Coalescent Ward description it states that it can be bound to account. I wouldn't spend my money if I knew.

If you would check here under the hot topic "HELP! All my Zen Bought Items are Bound when bought!?" the statement reads:
What this new system does to protect all players is to temporarily change the way ZEN is treated by accounts that may be flagged for consideration in the new probation system. While we are introducing this system into STO, there is a chance that the rules may result in a false positive trigger but we have reduced the chance for that to the bare minimum. When purchasing ZEN, if an account is flagged, it puts the account into a temporary “probation” state for review by the system. New ZEN buyers and those with a limited purchase history may get temporarily flagged into the probation system. Once you have an established purchase history with us, the system is unlikely to trigger.
When on probation, Zen cannot be traded on the Dilithium Exchange to acquire Dilithium. Also, some purchases made in the C-Store may become bound-to-account instead of being tradable. You will get a warning dialog at the time of purchase letting you know that the purchase will be bound-to-account.
The bound-to-account status is “contagious”, so that if you open a Lock Box using a Master Key that has this status, everything from the Lock Box will also be bound-to-account in the same way. This contagious nature applies to anything you get from the C-Store that can be opened, and the purpose is to prevent fraudulent purchases from being traded off of the account.
Though the above statement is for STO, the same applies to Neverwinter.

Well, this statement is pure hamster. And you changing the word in the thread title from "scam" to "issue" is a hamster too. If someone advertises something, and then, AFTER charging the money, changes the item of the trade in a significant way, then IT IS a scam, not an issue. Fortunately, that's easy to repair, just remove the "contagious" flag from those Coalescent Wards, as I said - I didn't intend on selling them.
Whoa, it get's even funnier! I have 1 (literally one ZEN left from the black friday and I can't sell that for whatever hamstered reason there is. My Coal's still BTA, still contagious. Tomorrow evening will be one week from when I bought the ZEN, my patience grows thin.
