Locked zoom

Until now, I was able to zoom/unzoom with my mouse wheel and was always having the most unzoomed environment (because it is the view I prefer).

Then last week, one of my character got locked to the closest view (nearly like a FPS game) and I cannot enlarge the view since then. I did nothing else than logging in and it was already happening.

And yesterday, it happened to another character when I switched to this character.

My other characters are still fine (I can zoom/unzoom as usual) but I don't know what is going on for the 2 bugged ones.
Any clues ?

    I had something similar happen to me. I got stuck in the process of changing something on the User Interface (UI).

    So you might try going with Escape to options, HUD and the you might want to save or load UI (bottom right). Worst case (was for me) you have to reset the UI to standard and make your changes anew.

    It did solve the issue of not being capable to zoom on a single character for me.

    This is a regular thing for me, I usually reset to defaults and it clears it up. I can also get zoomed out so far it's hard to play, again requires a reset of default settings!
