Secondary Artifact Slots Not Displayed

I have a ticket opened for this issue and it was confirmed to be a visual bug and was advised to post it here as well.

I understand that the secondary slots won't be unlocked until level 50, 60 and 70 but I figured I would submit the report in hopes that it can get resolved by the time they become unlocked. The title for the Secondary Artifacts appears to have shifted to the bottom right part of the character sheet which seems to have moved the slots out of the display area. I don't have an image URL, but I did send one in the bug report I submitted.

This problem was resolved when the character hit level 50.
