King of Spines hunt is BUGGED and stole my lure

I got the lure for the king of spines hunt, used the lure, killed the boss, but absolutely nothing dropped. Not only that, but I got no credit, no trophy, no totems, no nothing. The very next day, I got another lure and killed the king of spines. This time, 2 pieces of loot dropped, I got a trophy, and I got totems and the usual items. I want my lure replaced since your hunt is bugged. FIX THIS PLEASE!!

    exactly the same happened to me 6days ago. reported it everywhere on here but no help so far. I have given precise times,date, account details....detailed description of what happened, or rather didnt happen and offered to send a video of the occurance, which they shouldnt even need but just trying to help. Just waiting to hear back ?
