  I have been getting it to. In Protector's Enclave, in the Stronghold. Kind of irritating.

  If you don't have VIP and you are in party with someone who does, when they move away from you, it removes your Power of VIP buff, which can cause this, as your max HP suddenly drops. I suspect there are other things that could make your Max HP suddenly drop, which is generally the cause of this.

  It also seems to happen when the legendary companion bonus fluctuates up and down which would make sense since you're suddenly losing their hp that is transfered to you.

  I have VIP and was not in a party. It only started recently. I will try and keep watch to see when it happens. It usually happens when I am at a bank or mailbox.

  I also have VIP and usually am not in a party. I routinely see this message particularly around a campfire in a heavily traveled area. Could it be that somebody just simply passing by could be buffing and then reducing my stats causing that message?

  This has been happening for a long time to me. I've had it happen at random times.
  
  I have VIP and it happens to me mainly when I'm not in a party.
  It has happened in the moonstone when I load in to do professions.
  It has popped up when I'm going into the queue menu.
  It has happened to me when in party with guildies who all have VIP.
  In the bank, the mail (seems most frequent when i'm in mail menu), etc.

  One of our producers also complained about this to me today. I'll see if we can make the damage detection smarter (maybe require that you're in combat, or not in a safe area). As some other people have suggested, I also believe you're seeing this when you're max hp changes, probably from dismounting (which summons your companion) or hp buffs changing application. It does seem pretty silly to say"you're taking damage" when you're totally not in danger of dying.

  Ye it appears all the time when i'm talking in chat, when i'm just standing around in areas like Chult. -w- That would be much appreciated. c:

  Any chance someone could start a new thread with this title: Campaign Completion Pack SoMI issue. Makes sense that a ‘new user’ cannot report an issue. Purchased the pack for my control wizard and completed main line quest to get dailies and relic weapons. However the weekly quest is not available to me? Not sure what I need to do.

  I have learned to ignore it, but it pretty much happens every time I use a mailbox or bank in almost any location and while the damage detector finding a loss of HP might apply in some situations, this also happens when I am just standing alone and looking at mail or bank unbuffed and not recently in combat, such as out behind the GH building where the vendors are. I think the fluctuating stats issue does not help this situation either, but this message about taking damage has been around for a long time, like a year or more, well before we had fluctuating stats...if that ramble helps you any, fingers crossed.

  I noticed that last night apparently I take a lot of damage when I'm looking at my inventory or managing my professions. I was in an area by myself when it was happening.
