Can't equip new loadout!

I got the free loadout from the charge event on ps4 but when I try to use it is get this message "unable to complete transaction the price of the product has changed. Please verify the new price before purchasing." Please help!

    There's a known issue with the loadout slot item. We didn't get a fix in time before we all had to take off for Thanksgiving break. When we're all back in the office on Monday, we'll come up with a solution.

    I play on PC and my new loadout has the same issue.

    Tried to use mine today before maintenance. Same issue. Hopefully will my sorted why maintenance is being done

    You are not being ignored. It should be fixed on PC, and should (if everything goes right) be fixed on consoles on Tuesday. Granted, things do sometimes go wrong, and that could end up being the case. But they aren't ignoring anyone.

    Well, it's very easy to check how they are not ignoring anyone. Just check threads, dates and responds among all forums in threads like "loadouts not working". Also - we already were lied about the fix on Tuesday (after event end), after it didn't got fixed on Tuesday there was NO reply among all forums in few days, first answer was yesterday at PC that "they will fix soon". I understand your role in defending people working on those, but please don't pretned we are not being ingored on the forums most of the time. You can wait for weeks for any answer and spam forum wall with one by another same threads and most of the time all you can get is thread deleted and a helpful moderator which will explain you that you can't do that. In order to get any informations about most important problems you are forced to check all 3 platforms forum, look for replies, use dev trackers and spend a lot of time to get information. You can say it's just low communication but in my opinion it's ignoring most of the people and their problems.

    It always amazed me that instead making a thread on bug forums "Know issue on HAMSTER" you prefer not responding in days/weeks, letting to grow threads and posts on a same issue. And then moderator says "they aren't ignoring anyone".

    Outstanding.

    (also: vistit TR forums. A YEAR without any response from devs side. But I guess "they aren't ignoring anyone". Lol).
