Sort all bags - please remove it

I remember when pressing Sort button the bag was messed up, it was annoying, but it wasn't a big problem since it was just one bag messed up (later I just ignored that button).
Today I've wanted to hit Identify All and accidentally hit Sort All Bags. Jeez, this messed up my whole inventory. Now I'll have to spend an hour or more to fix this. But the problem is that eventually I'll accidentally hit Sort All Bags again since the option is near Identify All option, which I use daily (even hourly).
Please under Display Options... (or somewhere) give us an option to remove options from context menu (also give us an option to remove Sort button).
An offtopic request:
- please reduce the number of steps needed for refining all trash items (green items, also please include blue items too):
1) Identify All
2) Convert Refinement Points ...
3) Choose Items
4) Choose convertible equipment
5) Convert All

Having an option to sort things fast would be really nice, but only if it would sort things in a way I like (for example, moving BtC stuff to the bottom bags, leaving empty spaces if no more BtC stuff, then moving all BtA stuff to the next empty bag from the bottom, etc., also move down some items I don't use atm, but there are more rules, so I'd need to write a complex script for an actually useful sorting).
But I'm sure that there would be players that definitely wouldn't like such sorting.
My point is that it's impossible to sort things in inventory so that most people would like it (since obviously everyone sorts stuff differently). That's why "Sort" and "Sort All Bags" should be removed entirely (or at least, it should be easily avoidable). Currently it's hard to avoid misclicks on "Sort All Bags" since it's near "Identify All", which is used often.
Currently if you press Sort All Bags then the top bags will be filled up (it's just the opposite of what I've expected - there no logic for this king of sorting since you definitely want to have the first bag empty for having a quick way to manage new things you get).
If you press Sort All Bags again then nothing will happen (it neither puts things back to the places they were, nor it moves stuff to the bottom bags).
Btw, I don't like "Buy a A Bag" too (things in context menu should be only the ones that are often used, I don't buy bags often, and I definitely wouldn't buy a bag from context menu since I'd use at least 15% coupon first or buy it from AH). "Buy a A Bag" is also near "Identify All", that's why I've mentioned it.

While Sort button is easy to ignore (and it does less harm), the Sort All Bags option is hard to ignore (and it's a real pita) since it's near Identify All option, which is used very often.
The button name "Sort" is misleading. This "sorting" is made in the worst possible way:
- moves all items up (why would anyone possibly want this? The first bag should be empty for new items, taking items from mail, reposting AH, etc., you wouldn't want to scroll all the way down every time you want to post something on AH or send items in mail, this is just crazy)
- puts all BtC, BtA and Unbound items together
- puts your important items with trash items together
- in other words, it makes a complete mess in your inventory ("Sort" should be renamed to "Mess up")
On a side note, what is the logic behind the "sort" anyway, what are they putting together? From what I saw the one time it had no logic and was almost random in feel.
Again, i think this looks better on paper than it plays in game. I like the sort on the bags, as it makes it easier to find stuff. Sort All, I would never use. If it sorted everything to the bottom I might use it. If you could lock specific bags so they weren't sorted, I might use it more..probably not though.
There are 3 ways I interpret what 'sort all bags' does:
1. Get every items from the inventory, sort them and then distribute them one by one from the top bag and move along to the bottom bag. (If this is the one, I will hate it).
2. Sort each bag individually. (If this is the one, I may be okay with it although most likely not).
3. Something else
So, the question is: what does 'sort all bags' do?
