Jungle Explorer Pack - No Bag?

in Bug Reports (PC)
I got the code from D&D: Tomb of Annihilation Adventure System Board Game.

Redeemed it
Went to claims agent
got the Jungle Explorer Pack

Received Experience Booster, Stone of Health, Chieftain Batiri Mask

But I cannot find Embroidered Greaters Bag of Holding

I checked inventory, bank, claims agent, mail, my other character.
What am I missing?

    Did you check the zen store to make certain you did not have to claim it from there?

    I was checking Zen store as well!

    I have opened a ticket but I was wondering if anyone else successfully got it.

    I opened one in the last 3-4 days on an alt, it had a bag.

    I am also having the same problem and submitted both in game bug ticket and arcgames support ticket. I still have not received my bag and have taken screen captures and sent it to support.
