ZEN not delivered

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
I recently bought 1600 ZEN x2, but only one of them got delivered into my account and on the emails for both of them are categorized as "Approved" on the payment status section, help me please.

    Unfortunately you would probably have to contact arc customer support, not in the forums. As no one here can help you with that.
