Primal rings equip powers

Does anyone know if the equip power from the primal rings stack? For instance the 1% power for 10 secs...if you have 2 of these rings does it proc for 2%? I want 5 of them regardless because the base stats are better than the SKT rings but just curious if anyone knows :)

    I assumed the same.. Would be a great bonus if they did but either way they're pretty decent rings
