Server issues?

Ok..this might sound stupid..but has anyone else been having connection issues the last couple days? I only ask because a few nights ago I 'upgraded' as they call it from Windows 8.1 to windows 10..my computer immediatly started randomly freezing up.. gooleed it and found windows 10 is well known for this.. went back to 8.1.. since then have been having the issues with the server but not any other connections..which leads me to think..being the power genius i am.. that it is indeed not an issue on my end.

    I've been having issues with massive lag and also slow to connect. I haven't really disconnected from in game though. This has been happening since about mid October.

    When I say massive lag I mean the unplayable kind where I can't even invoke. When I say slow to connect I mean the play button takes about 30 seconds or more to show up. Then when I get in game my characters don't load for ages and then when I try to load I sometimes get redirected back to login screen.

    I'm wondering if it has something to do with Windows 10 being in the middle of a huge update worldwide. Also equally wondering if the Cryptic server is dying.
